You contact us and we will arrange our visit with you, giving you complete transparency with regards to the costs and visit times.

We assess the condition and function of the appliance and protect the work area and floor surrounding the appliances. And update you the customer with any options you may wish to consider.

We remove all appropriate parts, and put them in the specially designed electric heated dip tank in the van. Whilst the dip tank is doing its magic, we get to work on the rest of the oven or appliance, removing the hard burnt on carbonised material. 

Where there are any parts that need replacing we will replace where we can, such as bulbs, oven seals etc. After around two hours everything should be rebuilt and ready to go, and you can get out and enjoy the Lake District.

A final inspection is made to the oven and all equipment is returned back to the van.

We fastidiously clean our work area to ensure everything is clean and the oven, aga, range, hob and extractor hood is handed back to you.

You only pay on completion and being happy with the result.
